      <abstract xml:lang="ru" lang-variant="original" lang-source="author">
        <p>Актуальность исследования обусловлена признанием роли эффективного управления образованием для развития образовательной системы, где командные стратегии, основанные на лидерстве и коммуникации, выступают осново полагающими элементами. Проблема заключается в том, что многие образовательные учреждения сталкиваются с трудностями в обеспечении эффективной коммуникации и реализации потенциала командного взаимодействия. Целью статьи является анализ роли лидерства и коммуникации в реализации командных стратегий управления образованием с акцентом на преимуществах распределенного лидерства. Показано, что эффективность управления образовательным учреждением напрямую зависит от применяемых стилей лидерства, развитости коммуникативных навыков всех участников образовательного процесса и способности преодолевать коммуникационные барьеры.</p>

      <abstract xml:lang="en" lang-variant="translation" lang-source="translator">
        <p>The relevance of this study stems from the recognition of the role of effective education management in the development of the educational system, where team strategies based on leadership and communication are fundamental elements. The problem is that many educational institutions face difficulties in ensuring effective communication and realising the potential of team interaction. The aim of this article is to analyse the role of leadership and communication in implementing team strategies in education management, emphasising the benefits of distributed leadership. It is shown that the effectiveness of educational institution management directly depends on the leadership styles employed, the communication skills of all participants in the educational process, and the ability to overcome communication barriers.</p>
