Статья раскрывает потенциал экзистенциальной философии для переосмысления подходов к мотивации персонала. Автор утверждает, что глубинной причиной демотивации и выгорания является экзистенциальный вакуум — потеря смысла труда. В противовес внешним стимулам предлагается фокусироваться на внутренних ресурсах личности: стремлении к смыслу, свободе выбора и личной ответственности. На основе этого формулируются практические рекомендации для руководителей по созданию среды, которая помогает сотруднику находить подлинность и осмысленность в своей работе, превращая ее из рутины в акт самореализации.

The article reveals the potential of existential philosophy for rethinking approaches to employee motivation. The author argues that the root cause of demotivation and burnout is an existential vacuum — the loss of meaning in work. As a counterbalance to external incentives, the author proposes focusing on the individual’s internal resources: the desire for meaning, freedom of choice, and personal responsibility. Based on this, practical recommendations are formulated for managers on creating an environment that helps employees find authenticity and meaning in their work, transforming it from routine into an act of self-realisation.
