В статье анализируется трансформация профессиональной деятельности под влиянием искусственного интеллекта через оптику акторно-сетевой теории, где искусственный интеллект (ИИ) рассматривается как элемент социотехнических сетей с распределенной агентностью. Показано, как формируются гибридные системы «профессионалИИ». Обосновывается, что продуктивное сосуществование человека и ИИ требует развития новых форм компетентности и «социального интеллекта» ИИ с акцентом на объяснимость, контекстную чувствительность и прозрачность. Выделяются организационные и институциональные условия ответственной интеграции ИИ в профессиональные практики и поддержания профессиональной идентичности в условиях гибридизации труда.

This article analyses the transformation of professional activity under the influence of artificial intelligence through the lens of actor-network theory, where artificial intelligence (AI) is viewed as an element of sociotechnical networks with distributed agency. It demonstrates how hybrid “professional-AI” systems are emerging. It argues that productive coexistence between humans and AI requires the development of new forms of competence and “social intelligence” in AI, with an emphasis on explainability, context sensitivity, and transparency. Organisational and institutional conditions for the responsible integration of AI into professional practices and the maintenance of professional identity in the context of labour hybridisation are highlighted.
